I created SolisLuna to support individuals and groups in awakening awareness to the whole spectrum of themselves: beautiful, messy, powerful, tender, playful- all the potentials of human being.

Through facilitations and guidance in traditional and modern awareness methods including meditation and Voice Dialogue, you uncover spaciousness in your body, heart and mind. Compassion and joy open up as limiting beliefs and fixed identities loosen.

Awakening awareness is transformative, inside and out. Loneliness, divisiveness and hollowness are balanced out with love, dignity and meaningfulness. These are all expressions of our deepest nature: open, insightful, intimately connected and free.
